Stay Clean and Protected UV Lights with Solise Premium Body Wash

That means, you only need to take a shower, wipe yourself clean, put on your clothes, and head out of the house. By simply taking a shower, you already have SPF 15 protection bound to your skin. Together, they provide a broad spectrum coverage against UVA and UVB. While SPF 15 is better than having no sunscreen at all, it is still too weak to provide a good coverage. However, for most of us, we usually apply sunscreen to our faces and forget about the rest of the bodies. Also, have you tried applying sunscreens to children? It is an antagonizing experience.<br /><br />The Solise Premium Body Wash would probably make your life easier, especially if you have young children. It is not only a body wash but also a bath gel. Instead of wrangling the kids to apply sunscreen on them, you can tell them to take a bath.<br /><br />Solise Premium Body Wash lathers well, thanks to sodium laureth sulfate. It also contains cocoamidopropyl betaine as a medium strength surfactant. Soybean oil and glyceryl stearate are used to moisturize your skin. The product is paraben free and smells like Dove shampoo to me. Also, according to the direction, you can use it on your face to have SPF coverage. Honestly, I can't tell, simply because I don't have the equipment to measure how effective this body wash is to protect me against sunburn. However, as a body wash, it does the job. Solise Premium Body Wash lathers well and leaves my skin feeling smooth. While I was afraid the chemical sunscreens would cause me some breakouts, my body has been blemish-free. Also, the Dove-like fragrance is not so bad, either.<br /><br />Solise Premium Body Wash received the Seal of Recommendation from the Skin Cancer Foundation. This means the SPF claim of this product was reviewed and tested before the foundation granted the seal. Also, the product is monitored annually to make sure it maintains the quality and meets the criteria.<br /><br />While Solise Premium Body Wash came from a good concept, the SPF coverage is not high enough to me. I wish <a href="http://www.solise.com/">Solise</a> to develop a body wash with SPF 30, which is the sunscreen coverage dermatologists recommend. If you live in sunny and tropical places, Solise Premium Body Wash is a better option for you than applying sunscreens to your body. All you need to do is to take a shower or a bath and get SPF 15 protection without enduring the stickiness of sunscreen lotions.<br /><br />What do you think about it? Yay? Nay? Tada, I found Bedazzled at the local Dollar Tree and it only cost me a dollar! This lip gloss is wonderful: it moisturizes, lasts quite long on my lips, and has unbelievable shine without the stickiness. The doe foot applicator has a hole in the middle. When you squeeze your lip gloss out, the clear gloss from the outer layer will mix with the sparkly gloss at the inner core for a shimmery and shiny finish. You also get a lot of product out of this as well. However, the crimping at the end of my tube was bad. Now, when I squeeze, stuff comes out at both end. Other than that, I love this lip gloss.<br /><br />Also, you get more material from this one than from the Minty Lipgloss. The one in Chicago has the exact same finish as Bedazzled but with a minty scent that smells like your Crest toothpaste. If it does not have the word NARS etching across the front, this blush can be passed as Nars Albatross. In fact, it is the perfect highlight that does the same thing as Albatross does but costs 23 dollars cheaper. It actually cost me $1.20 since I bought it during the Anniversary sale.<br /><br />I use it as a highlighter for my cheekbones and sometimes, my eyes. It is very soft and powdery. That's why I don't toss the protective sleeve away. Weight-wise, the E.L.F Studio blushes weigh about 2 grams less than the Nars ones. However, with this price, I can put up with it. Like Albatross, Gotta Glow creates a nice ethereal glow that reminds me of soft focus effect in camera. It does not make your face look too obviously highlighted. You probably don't notice it on your skin but in film, the glow is very apparent. This quad is really small and houses in a flimsy container. However, inside contains some of the most pigmented eye shadows ever! Now, I have never used other quads besides Drama so my comments are just on this quad. And believe me, this is my go-to smokey eyes palette now. The black eyeshadow is very dark, probably as dark as MAC Carbon. The dark silver eyeshadow next to the black one reminds me of UD Gunpowder. It is one bad-ass color that has fine glitters in it. The pale silver eyeshadow at the top right corner is also glittery. The only dud in the quad is the matte white eyeshadow, which feels like chalk and has no pigmentation whatsoever.<br /><br />The staying power is quite impressive as long as you use a good base or primer. I did a smokey look with E.L.F eyelid primer and it was fine but with UDPP as a base...holy cow! Some people compare them to Nars The Multiples and I disagree. The ones from Nars are a lot smoother to glide on your skin. They also blend out a lot better. I need a flat top blush brush to blend Pink Lemonade on my cheeks. However, if you need to get out of the door fast while looking presentable, they are your guys.<br /><br />While these products are marketed to use on your eyes, lips, and face, I can only use Pink Lemonade as a blush and Golden Peach as a cream eyeshadow/highlighter. Since they smell like lemon Pledge, I feel uncomfortable to apply them on my lips. Also, Pink Lemonade makes a horrible grandma-ish lip color. However, the way I use them as described above works for me. Golden Peach does crease after some time, though, which is a downer. The allure of cheap makeup can lead to overbuying shoddy items you may not want or need. I Heart Urban Decay Book of Shadows Vol. 3!

Hi everybody,<br /><br />Some time around last month, a light bulb went off in my head: instead of buying a bazillion cheap things that don't work, I should focus on buying a single great thing and use it over and over again. Every fall for three years in a row, Urban Decay has released their famous Book of Shadows. Guess what? Yours truly didn't get Vol.1 and 2 simply because I was stingy. This year's palette costs $54 USD and has 16 colors, 2 mini eyeliners, and a mini UPDD. And I thought it was expensive! If I added the money spent on cheap stuff I could not use, it would be more than $54 already. Me and my false sense of economy does not work sometimes.<br /><br />But enough about that. The palette lights up!</td></tr></tbody></table>The top of this book/palette is a pop-up book with lights. It reminds me of the music greeting cards you can get at Hallmark but instead of the annoying sounds, you get tiny lights on the background. The Book of Shadows 3 is a tribute to New York City from Urban Decay, a California company. There is a tiny mirror but I don't use it to apply makeup because it is not that big. Like a kid, I was very gleeful on the first <s>day</s> month I got it. I kept on opening and closing the top part to see the lights. If you haven't seen it already, the scenes in the pop-up book are landmarks from New York: Central Park, Brooklyn Bridge, Empire State Building, and the Statue of Liberty. Forget MAC and their overpriced makeup, I'm on team Urban Decay now. The eye shadows are incredibly pigmented. I only used a tiny bit on my eyes and they blend really well. The only downside of this palette is the lack of highlighting colors. I thought I could use Midnight Cowboy Rise Again but it is very glittery. Also, Uzi and Maui Wowie have the same texture. This palette has a nice balance of neutrals and fun colors. Rockstar, Bodello, and Psychedelic Sister are surprisingly wearable, considering that I don't wear purples that well.<br /><br />This is my plead and urge to you to please get Urban Decay Book of Shadows vol. 3. I don't get paid to push this palette on you but if you can, please get it. This palette is really wonderful. Next year, I am going to save money to get vol. 4. And let's pray to God that Urban Decay is going to release vol. 4 <i>without</i> Midnight Cowboy Rise Again. Glycolic acid is an AHA (alpha-hydroxyacid) and lactobionic acid is a PHA (poly hydroxyacid.) Since the PHA has smaller molecular sizes, the exfoliation action gets deeper into the sub-layers of the stratum corneum, the top layer of your skin.With 18% glycolic acid, this product is not for novice users of the alpha-hydroxyacid cleansers. I hesitated at first since my skin tend to be sensitive when it gets colder. However, I did not experience any break outs since I started using it. About a week after I started using it, my skin had this nice rosy glow. Sadly, I was in the middle of battling to 50,000 words and my skincare routine was less than perfect. As a result, my skin reverted to its earlier state but with less pimples. Once NaNoWriMo was over, I used the Foaming Glycolic Wash again and my skin has never looked better.<br /><br />Although this product is designed to use once or twice daily, I gauge how my skin feels and decide whether I should use it. The thing is, if you have sensitive skin like me, washing your face too frequently with AHA may thin your skin out too much. Once my skin reached its optimal status, I use the Foaming Glycolic Wash two to three times a week. So far, my skin has been clear and the moisturizers I use are working better.<br /><br />Since one of the ingredients is SD alcohol, I can smell a faint rubbing alcohol scent. At first, I was afraid it would dry out my skin. However, after cleaning, my skin feels just right. It is neither oily nor dry but very comfortable, thanks to glycerin and butylene glycol. The cleansing ingredient is cocamidopropyl betaine, a medium-strength sulfactant derived from coconut oil. Also, I noticed arginine, an amino acid. The last two ingredients, methylparaben and chlorphenesin, are preservatives.<br /><br />One note of precaution: since this product contains AHA and PHA, you should not use it in conjuction with another product that contains either salicylic acid, a beta-hydroxyacid, or retinol. AHA, BHA, PHA, and retinol are exfoliators and using these products together may over-thin out the stratum corneum. Also, please use sunscreen before heading out of the house to protect your newly exfoliated skin from having sunburn.<br /><br />As a product that contains chemical exfoliators, the NeoStrata Foaming Glycolic Wash does a nice job exfoliating my face without being too abrasive. Since I started using it, my face actually has a nice glow. Now, I'm glad to say I don't need to use foundation that often.<br /><br />Disclosure: this product was provided for PR purposes. A Super-Duper Easy FOTD
